wanting

Is there ever anything you want so bad, but just can't seem to get?  I feel that way today.  Most of the time, I don't expect much, but today...I was just hoping for more.  Maybe someday, with a lot of praying and hoping and wanting and working, I will get what I've been looking forward to for so long.  If you've ever felt this way, you know that the best option is just to...keep on truckin'.  I hope all the best for you too and I think we should all keep dreaming until that dream is a quite alive and real!

“May the love hidden deep inside your heart find the love waiting in your dreams. May the laughter that you find in your tomorrow wipe away the pain you find in your yesterdays.”
I can't figure who said this, but I like it.

  1. i felt that way yesterday. so sad, and nowhere to go with it. i thought i'd feel better if... and i did it, and... nope.
today it's still raining, but i have a lot of candles lit, baked the bread i started yesterday while what-iffing, and am trying to get deeper into those dreams i can't yet seem to realize somehow. wish you were here for a slice of bread, thickly buttered, and a pot of blue tea. my yellow tulips would give you a sunny smile.

  2. thanks som. wish i could...sounds wonderful and cheery :) yeah sometimes there's just nothing you can do but wait it out. in your case the rain doesn't help either...blast the gray sky when you're already a bit sad! yellow turnips??? how are they? thanks for your comment, it always makes me feel a little better to know I'm not the only one who hits road blocks every once in a while :) (not that i'm rejoicing in your bad day, either, lol)

  3. You're not the only one who hits road blocks ~

And waiting for something you want strongly can be so so hard. Because there's nothing you can do about it but wait. You can't wait harder, or faster, or better...

    Hugs!
